About the role

Working within the Marketing Team, we are looking for a digitally experienced and driven individual. With the necessary personal attributes and experience, the right candidate can take full advantage of this exciting opportunity and play a significant role in the future success of our business.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the right candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Utilising WordPress and working with our in-house designer to create conversion-centred website landing pages
  • Working alongside Sales and Marketing to develop and grow the external websites
  • Working closely with the wider team during content development to ensure SEO optimisation
  • Bringing a good understanding of SEM and SEO optimisation skills to drive performance of content promotion, website, and paid programmes
  • Designing, building and broadcasting external e-communications
  • Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
  • Researching and implementing new technology to maximise our marketing mix
  • Define key digital marketing metrics, track growth and maintain analytics reports to provide up-to-date information to leadership
  • Keep close to Google guideline changes and Google algorithms to make sure all websites are in line with the guidelines

 

Who we are looking for

We are keen to secure a candidate that has previous experience of working within digital marketing, ideally in a B2B environment, and who is keen to grow within this role to explore further areas of digital marketing. You will have a strong work ethic, be solution orientated, proactive and flexible, whilst maintaining a structured approach.

As the ideal candidate, you are commercially aware and willing to contribute positively from day one. You will be enthusiastic, professional and have a desire to succeed – whilst being able to work both individually and within a team. We are looking for a confident and creative individual to join our team.

Within this role, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of the companies’ websites and digital campaigns, working within a team where your opinions will be heard and valued.

A commutable home location near our head office location in Coventry is essential.

Required Skills:

  • Experience within a similar role, e.g. Digital Marketing Executive, SEO Specialist
  • Experience of working with WordPress
  • Knowledge and understanding of SEO Optimisation
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Good organisational skills, the ability to manage their own time productively
  • Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with Pay-Per-Click (Google Ad) and Paid Social Campaigns
  • Understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager
  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation Tools, in particular MailChimp
  • Experience with social platforms and associated paid advertising
  • Technical web-based knowledge including HTML and CSS advantageous
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)

Reporting to the Office Manager, the right candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Taking all customer orders accurately and processing in a timely manner
  • Maintaining and developing good customer relationships
  • Providing customers with the level of service and care as described by the company
  • Pursuing outstanding payments and company credit checks
  • Updating the sales team with sales information on a regular basis
  • Actively re-engaging sales with our inactive customers/accounts
  • Assisting the Warehouse Operative to complete orders, which will require some manual handling
  • Monthly stock taking and reporting

About the role

To support our ever-growing business, we are looking for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our leadership team. As the Sales Manager your key focus will be on promoting our range of antimicrobial additives via a consultative sales process to a diverse range of global manufacturing industries. In this role, you will engage in the entire sales process from prospecting potential clients to contracting final agreements and supporting the fulfilment of our services. The sales team interacts with cross-departmental colleagues to work as one, developing strong, reliable relationships with clients, while contributing to the development and design of our products.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the right candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritise key markets.
  • Meet targets established by sales forecasts for allocated products, plan and execute the sales activities to deliver the forecasts.
  • Key account management
  • Negotiate and agree contracts within assigned limits of authority.
  • Make presentations to both external and internal customers.
  • Liaise with our global network of agents and distributors.
  • Liaise with and advise other functional departments as necessary to ensure the business’ output is customer focussed, timely and to an appropriate quality.
  • Represent/act as an ambassador for the business at all levels (working levels to senior hierarchies)
  • Manage/appoint sales agents and/or distributors as necessary.
  • Collate reports for monthly meetings to clearly show progress against plan.
  • Attend conferences and exhibitions, meeting with customers and partners, including travel abroad when required.

 

Who we are looking for

To succeed in this role, you will have experience with technically formulated products in one or more of our end markets such as plastics, performance textiles, powder coatings, liquid paints or ceramics.

You will have a strong work ethic, be solution orientated, proactive and flexible, whilst maintaining a structured approach. You will also need to commit to mentoring, developing and coaching your sales team. You will be expected to lead by example, and the role will require you to be hands-on, as you will have your own individual targets to achieve as well as driving the sales team to achieve and exceed the expected results.

As the ideal candidate, you exhibit a natural, positive attitude and an interest in meeting and working with people. A motivated self-starter, organised with managing schedules, facilitating meetings or conference calls, and have a competency around setting and achieving goals. You are well regarded as being an excellent communicator, as well as maintaining strong relationships with a variety of industry clients.

The role is all about hitting targets and making the most of your relationship building skills to help you grow a pipeline of new prospects, increase sales revenue and to establish new customer partner accounts.
The role will also require you to operate as part of the wider management team.

Warehouse Operative

  • Role Location: Coventry, West Midlands
  • Schedule: Full-time (37.5 hrs), Monday to Friday
  • Salary: from £9.50/hour, depending on experience

About the role

To support our ever-growing business, we are looking for a motivated and hands-on individual to join our operational team. Reporting to the Office Manager and supporting our team in processing client orders and managing stock levels to remain operational at all times, the right candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Following the Health & Safety guidelines of our business and contributing to ensuring that all legislation relating to Health & Safety in the workplace is adhered to
  • Responsible for unloading/loading all deliveries/collections and processing required paperwork
  • Booking out collections using an external supplier software
  • Managing stock locations and ensuring principals of FIFO are followed for stock rotation
  • Carrying out a monthly stock check
  • Support with mixing of additive products following training
  • Preparing and sizing product samples for testing
  • General housekeeping, such as maintaining clean and tidy working areas always
  • Support with building/office maintenance as required


Required skillset

  • FLT Licence required to responsibly use the forklift truck


Desired skillset

  • Previous experience in a similar environment
  • Previous experience of order picking and packing
  • Previous experience of goods inwards/outwards process and procedures
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, email communication and the use of the internet would be advantageous – training can be provided
