BioCote containing antimicrobial castors are now available as part of Guy-Raymond’s GRX range, a family of matching designer castors ideally suited for use in care homes and hospitals. BioCote technology is incorporated into the castor tyres and brake pedal, offering protection against the growth of bacteria and fungi by focussing on the surfaces where harmful microbes are most likely to be encountered.

GRX antimicrobial castors with BioCote technology are available with wheel diameters 50mm, 65mm, 75mm, 100mm and 125mm, with a wide range of fixing options. The larger sizes feature a total lock braking system for better stability, and some models are available with ball bearings for improved mobility.
