Business Operations
Whilst we will ensure that there will be absolutely no disruption to orders and overall support to our customers, we do take the current situation seriously and prioritise the safety, health and comfort of our team. With this in mind, we will change the way we work for the coming weeks.
In accordance with the latest UK Government guidance, all staff that are able to will be working from home commencing Friday, 20th March 2020. Our technical and operational team members will continue to work on-site to ensure that orders are being processed and delivered to the standards expected of BioCote®. We have increased stock and do not anticipate any supply issues; we will however continue to work closely with shipping companies to stay up to date with any logistical challenges.
