ecoDUSTRIAL™ Coatings are thermoplastic polymeric powder coatings applied using a thermal flame spray application. The optimum UV stable and chemical resistant coating, ecoDUSTRIAL™ is developed to tolerate outdoor exposure for many years without any chemical structure breakdown and requires significantly less maintenance than conventional coatings. ecoDUSTRIAL™ cures in seconds rather than days or weeks and is suitable for wet or dry locations.

ecoDUSTRIAL™ Coatings are non-porous, pH neutral, and UV Stable, and ideal for withstanding harsh weather and UV exposure. Additionally, ecoDUSTRIAL™ has been tested to have strong tensile adhesion, making it highly resistant to chipping and peeling, providing a beautiful protective barrier that will last for many years.

ecoFINISH™ now offers ecoDUSTRIAL™ containing BioCote® antimicrobial technology, providing protection against the negative effects of microbes such as bacteria and mould that can cause odours and staining.

The BioCote® technology is present throughout the product, reducing bacteria by up to 99.99% and protecting the product for its expected lifetime. In hygiene-conscious environments such as locker rooms, healthcare and food processing facilities, having a BioCote® protected surface with ecoDUSTRIAL™ coatings can improve the overall hygiene of the environment, as the technology contained within the coating actively reduces the number of microbes on a surface. This makes the surface easier to keep hygienically clean, keeping it fresher and cleaner for longer.
