About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded creative marketeer to join our marketing team as Marketing and Design Executive.
In this role, you’ll work on all aspects of the brand’s creative output, from sales and marketing collateral, print/digital advertisement, and merchandise, to explainer videos. As a brand guardian, you’ll develop design consistency across all channels and ensure assets are produced to a high standard within the required timescales–which means you’ll also need to be a self-starter and highly organised.
It’s a fast-paced environment and the role will give the successful candidate the opportunity to gain experience in a variety of marketing disciplines.
Key focus areas
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the right candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Design, editing and upkeep of sales and marketing collateral, including brochures, merchandise, case studies and presentations
- Create motion graphics, animations, graphics, adverts, videos, and adverts for the brand
- Graphic design for print and digital advertising
- Support in creating visual elements for the website, email marketing, and social media
- Lifestyle and product photography
- General admin as required by the role, including involvement in maintaining the photo library and samples, etc.
- Supporting the team on campaigns and events
Who we are looking for
As the ideal candidate you will have had previous experience working on projects producing marketing assets using a variety of media. You are creative and always looking for ways to elevate the brand by creating a variety of collateral that effectively promotes and communicate the brand, its objectives and the technology
You’ll be an excellent communicator and team player, working closely with key stakeholders across the business to ensure that through your work, company objectives are met. You’ll have excellent organisational and planning skills and can work to challenging deadlines.
Design methods, software and technology continuously evolve – therefore you will also confidently look todevelop, improve and hone your creative skills continuously.
A commutable home location near our head office location in Coventry is essential.
Requirements:
- Experience in an in-house design environment
- Design will be an integral part of your role, so you will need to be creative and confident in using the full Adobe suite
- Photography and videography skills
- Experience in digital design specifically motion graphics, not just print
- Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically
- Pro-active, self-motivated, and creative individual with a positive attitude
- An understanding of HTML, CSS, WordPress advantageous
