During the last 12 months alone BioCote® supplied antimicrobial technology to over 100 manufacturing companies, producing more than 150 different BioCote® treated products. BioCote® successfully tests, independently validates and certificates over 1000 customer materials for antimicrobial efficacy a year. Only products that achieve above a 95% reduction in micro-organisms can carry the BioCote® logo – no other antimicrobial technology offers this guarantee.

We can demonstrate a 2hr, 99% bacterial reduction rate in the lab and our superior additives performance is supported by real life studies conducted by our in-house microbiologists and detailed in peer reviewed papers.

The actives used in BioCote® technology are NSF International, Environmental Protection Agency, Food and Drug Administration and European Food Safety Authority registered; notified on the European Biocidal Products Directive and are tested to ISO standards. We are members of Campden BRI, The Infection Prevention Society, MediLink & The Society of Food Hygiene & Technology. Our additives have been used in products approved by bodies such as The British Skin Foundation, Forest Stewardship Council, Water Regulation Advisory Scheme, Carbon Trust, ANSI, The Royal Society for Public Health, PIRA, Asthma UK & SEMA.
